Verification Email Not Received
If you signed up for Simply Send but never received your account verification email, follow the steps below. If the issue persists, our support team can manually verify your account for you.
Step 1 — Check the Basics
Before contacting support, please work through the checklist below. Most delivery issues can be resolved without manual intervention.
Check Spam / Junk
Search your spam or junk folder for an email from [email protected]. If you find it there, mark it as "Not Spam" so future emails land in your inbox.
Wait a Moment
Email delivery usually arrives within few seconds to a minute depending on your email provider, network conditions, location, etc.
Check Your Email Address
Double-check that you signed up with the correct email address and that it does not have any typos. If unsure, try signing up again with the correct address.
Step 2 — Corporate or Strict Email Filters
Some corporate and enterprise mail environments use aggressive filtering or quarantine policies that silently drop transactional emails. If you are on a work email:
- Ask your IT administrator to whitelist the following domains:

- Try signing up with a personal email address to confirm you can receive emails first.
Step 3 — Request Manual Verification
If you have completed all the steps above and still cannot receive the verification email, our support team can manually verify your account. Please use the button below to send us a pre-filled email — it will open your default mail client with all the information we need already filled in.
