Enterprise SSO Onboarding
Enterprise Single Sign-On (SSO) lets your entire organization log in to Simply Send using your existing corporate identity provider — Microsoft Azure AD, Google Workspace, or a custom SAML provider — without managing separate passwords. Each email login with SSO must be able to receive emails.

Supported Identity Providers
Simply Send supports the following SSO providers. Let us know which one your organization uses whenF you raise an onboarding request.
Microsoft Azure AD
Ideal for organizations using Microsoft 365 or Azure Active Directory. Uses OpenID Connect (OIDC).
Google Workspace
For organizations using Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) as their corporate identity.
SAML / Enterprise SSO
Custom SAML 2.0 providers including Okta, OneLogin, PingIdentity, and others managed through your IT department.
How to Get SSO Onboarded
SSO onboarding is a manual process handled by the Simply Send team. Follow the steps below to get started.
Confirm your organization's domain
Identify the email domain(s) your organization uses (e.g. acme.com). All users with that domain will be redirected to your SSO provider when signing in. Multiple domains can be onboarded if needed.
Submit a support ticket
Head to our contact page and submit a support ticket with the subject “Enterprise SSO Onboarding Request”. Include the following details so we can get started quickly:
- Organization name and primary business contact (name + email)
- Technical / IT contact who will configure the IdP (name + email)
- Billing / procurement contact (if different from above)
- Email domain(s) to onboard (e.g. acme.com)
- SSO provider type: Azure AD, Google Workspace, or SAML
- IdP Tenant / Directory ID (required for Azure AD)
- Your existing Simply Send account email
- Data residency preference (US / EU / No preference)
- Approximate number of users who will use Simply Send
- Preferred go-live timeline
- Compliance requirements (SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, etc.)

Work with our team to configure your IdP
Once we receive your request, our team will reach out within 2-5 business days to schedule a configuration session. Depending on your provider, you or your IT administrator may need to:
- Register Simply Send (Simply Invent Labs LLC) as an application in Azure AD / Google Admin Console
- Share the SAML metadata URL or entity ID (for SAML providers only)
- Grant user assignment permissions within your IdP
Test and go live
After configuration, your domain will be activated in our system. Users at your domain will then see the branded SSO login button when they enter their work email on the Simply Send sign-in page. No changes are needed on the user side.
Pricing
Enterprise SSO onboarding may incur an additional cost depending on the number of users in your organization and the level of support required during setup. Pricing is discussed as part of the onboarding request — there is no flat fee, and smaller teams may qualify for no additional charge.
